How it Works

Vendor Bingo brings the much loved trade show game to the attendees mobile phone. The service provides end to end management for groups of vendors and event staff. Vendor Bingo does not require an app and can be played with any smart phone that has a QR Codes Reader/Scanner and or Microsoft Tags Reader.


Vendors receive cards to display at their booths introducing the game to attendees.	Attendees scan the Vendor Bingo card with their mobile phone's QR Code Reader/Scanner or Microsoft Tag Reader.	Attendees visit all the vendors and are automatically entered into the prize drawing. The attendee now has contact information for all the vendors they've visited.

It’s official. Vendor Bingo will launch at Lotusphere later this month in Orlando, FL!

It gets better. There’s a very good chance that 2 vendor bingo campaigns could be going on simultaneously, the first consisting of a group of vendors the second something more official with the official event staff, too early to discuss the details.

If you’re new to Vendor Bingo it’s a spin on the classic walking around a piece of paper for stamps Vendor Bingo. VendorBingo.com is the 2011 version that is played on the attendees mobile phone with any QR Code Reader and or Microsoft Tag reader.
